What is this initiative?

Installers who are registered with the Huawei Smart PV Community and who have completed installations in Portugal and Spain can take advantage of this residential battery campaign.

• Valid installation period and connection to FusionSolar: from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026.
• Redeem period: from February 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM until August 31, 2026, at 5:59 PM.
• Delivery of the selected offer: up to 3 months after the redemption request is approved.

What you’ll receive

The campaign applies to Huawei LUNA2000 battery solutions, with an offer of an inverter or battery components, depending on the installed model.

Please note! To be eligible, the batteries must be installed in Portugal or Spain and connected to the FusionSolar platform within the campaign period.

Who Can Participate

The Huawei campaign is open only to installation companies that meet the following prerequisites:

• Be registered in the Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV Management System and have a Company Account properly registered in the Huawei Smart PV Community.
• Be a verified installation company in Portugal or Spain within the PV Community.
• Have the PV Community account linked to the company account in FusionSolar where the installations to be exchanged are registered.
• Accept EDM communications from Huawei.
• Purchase the products in question through official distributors. Huawei may refuse requests regarding products purchased outside of authorized channels.

We recommend purchasing the products from Solarshop, Huawei’s official distributor in Portugal.

How to participate in the promotional campaign

Once you have confirmed your eligibility to participate, please follow the steps below to join the Huawei promotional campaign. If you have any questions, please contact Solarshop for assistance.

1. Register and log in to the Huawei Smart PV Community using your Company Account.
2. Get started by going to the “PV Community” > “Sales Incentives” > “In-Kind Rewards” page and reading the “Promotion Rules.”
3. Confirm that your PV Community account is correctly linked to your FusionSolar company account where the installed units are listed.
4. Click “Request Rewards.”
5. Accept the program’s Terms and Conditions before submitting any request.
6. Verify that the installed equipment is correctly associated. Once the link is correct, a list of available rewards will appear.Selecionar os equipamentos pretendidos de acordo com as regras.
7. Select the desired equipment according to the rules.
8. Confirm the delivery address for the equipment.
9. Submit the request for approval.
10. Wait for approval from the Huawei Smart PV Community operations manager and track the order status on the platform.
11. After approval, Huawei notifies the partner distributor to begin equipment delivery. Equipment delivery is handled by a third party.
