These Terms and Conditions, together with the order form and other elements referred to herein, are intended to regulate the terms and conditions governing the provision of the Solarshop Online Store Service by Solarshop Unipessoal Lda, headquartered at Armazém M, S/N, EN348, Rua Principal, 3240-408 Junqueira - Ansião, under the single registration and tax identification number 515528048.

The use of the online store and the completion of any order imply acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Solarshop provides a Customer Support service, through which the Customer may, at any time, contact Solarshop to request clarification, make suggestions, or submit complaints at the following location: Customer Support and for contact: +351 236 032 787

The Service consists of providing access to the Online Store via the website https://www.solarshop.pt/ (hereinafter Solarshop), which, in addition to providing information on a range of products and/or services, allows the Customer to order the products advertised therein electronically, under the terms and conditions described herein.

Products may only be ordered by Customers aged 18 (eighteen) or over (younger individuals must have the authorization of their representatives). The details and information provided by the Customer shall have full legal effect, with the Customer acknowledging the electronic purchases and not being able to claim lack of signature as grounds for non-compliance with the obligations assumed.

The User acknowledges that the Service contains confidential information and is protected by copyright and related rights, industrial property rights, and other applicable legislation. The User acknowledges that any content contained in advertising, highlights, promotions, or mentions of any sponsor or advertiser is protected by laws relating to copyright and related rights, industrial property laws, and other property protection laws, and therefore any use of such content may only occur with the express authorization of the respective owners.

The User undertakes to fully respect the rights referred to in the previous paragraph, namely by refraining from any acts that may violate the law or the aforementioned rights, such as the reproduction, commercialization, transmission, or making available to the public of such content or any other unauthorized acts involving the same content.

 

The availability of Solarshop products featured in the Solarshop store is clearly indicated. Products that are out of stock are identified as “Unavailable.”

Customers may request to receive stock notifications by accepting the terms of the GDPR presented here, thereby obtaining information about when the product will be restocked in the store (without minimum prior notice).

Solarshop reserves the right to modify or suspend, for an indefinite period, the products presented on the Solarshop product pages without prior notification to the Customer.
If you purchase a product that has characteristics different from those presented online, you have the right to terminate the purchase contract under the applicable legal terms (right of free termination).

 

Solarshop will do everything possible to ship all of the products ordered, but it is possible that, in certain cases and due to causes beyond Solarshop's control, such as human error or computer system incidents, it may not be possible to provide some of the products requested by the Customer. If any product is unavailable after the order has been placed, you will be notified by email or telephone.

At that time, you will be given the option to cancel the order with a refund of the amount previously paid, which will be made using the same payment method or another method of your choice, if you have already made the payment.

 

 

Solarshop will make every effort to ensure that the information presented does not contain typographical errors, which will be corrected promptly whenever they occur.
All information about prices, products, specifications, promotional offers, and services may be changed at any time by Solarshop.

As such, if the Customer visits another website, redirected from the Solarshop website, they must read and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy of that website.
Solarshop will not be held responsible for campaigns and advertisements that use the Solarshop brand without being authorized to do so.

Solarshop guarantees that all content and services offered on the Solarshop website respect the principle of personal dignity, the principle of non-discrimination on grounds of race, sex, religion, opinion, nationality, disability, or any other personal or social circumstance, as well as the principle of protection of youth and children.

The information and documentation available in Portuguese, English, and Spanish on this website are provided for informational purposes only. In case of discrepancy, the content of the Portuguese version shall prevail.

 

 

Customer AccountTo make purchases in the Solarshop online store and enjoy other advantages and features, users must submit a registration request on the website. This request is reviewed by the Solarshop team, and access/account creation is granted based on the decision of the Solarshop team responsible for the aforementioned process.

After receiving the email confirming access to the website, the user becomes a “Customer.”
Solarshop reserves the right to limit and modify access to the account of any customer who fails to comply with any of the obligations mentioned in “Customer/Consumer Obligations.”

 

 

Prices, Fees, and Payment

The sales prices indicated on the Solarshop online store website are shown in euros. VAT and other taxes or fees due are included in the purchase process after adding to the cart.
Solarshop reserves the right to change the prices of products in the Solarshop online store without prior notice.

When purchasing products sold by Solarshop, Customers can make payment using the following methods at the end of the checkout process:

Orders placed through the Solarshop online store can be received and collected in three ways:

 

 

Order cancellation
At the Customer's request, the Customer may cancel the order, provided that it has not yet been shipped or processed, and must inform Solarshop by email or telephone using the contact details provided here.
Solarshop reserves the right not to process orders when it finds any inconsistency in the personal data provided or observes misconduct on the part of the buyer. Solarshop reserves the right not to process any order or refund in the event of errors in the prices and/or characteristics of the products, when these result from technical problems or errors unrelated to Solarshop.

 

 

Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
The customer/consumer may return the purchased equipment within 15 days. Returned goods will only be accepted if they strictly comply with the following conditions:

 

 

Warranty
All equipment available at the Solarshop store is duly certified by the relevant international authorities.

The equipment and accessories have a warranty period defined by the manufacturer, which, under legal terms, is a minimum of two (2) years. This period is calculated from the date of the equipment invoice and can only be exercised upon presentation of the warranty certificate and/or proof of purchase (invoice), duly completed. Some materials have a warranty of more than two years, provided by the manufacturers.

Equipment that has exceeded the period defined by the manufacturer or has defects caused by abnormal wear and tear, improper installation, weather conditions, electrical discharges, negligence or accidents, mishandling, moisture/liquid infiltration, use of non-original accessories, and technical interventions by unauthorized personnel are considered outside the warranty conditions.
If the equipment breaks down and is covered by the warranty, the Customer may take it, along with proof of purchase and/or warranty, to a technical assistance center of the brand.

 

 

Accessories covered by the warranty that malfunction must be sent, with the respective proof of purchase and/or warranty, to the following address:

If the Customer chooses other forms of return, the respective shipping costs will be their responsibility. The Customer must always request the CTT receipt proving that the order has been sent.
If the equipment breaks down and this breakdown is not covered by the warranty, the Customer may send it to us, to the manufacturer, so that we can estimate the cost of the repair.

 

 

 

All products and services sold in the Solarshop Online Store comply with Portuguese law.
The Store has adequate security levels, however Solarshop will not be liable for any losses suffered by the Customer and/or third parties due to delays, interruptions, errors, and suspensions of communications originating from factors beyond its control, namely any deficiencies or failures caused by the communications network or communications services provided by third parties, the computer system, modems, connection software, or any computer viruses or resulting from downloading infected files or files containing viruses or other properties that may affect the Customer's equipment. If, for any reason, it is impossible to provide the service due to an error in accessing the Solarshop Online Store website, Solarshop shall not be liable for any losses.

Data and information queries made within the scope of this Service are presumed to have been made by the Customer, and Solarshop declines any responsibility arising from the misuse or fraudulent use of the information obtained.

Solarshop shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by misuse of the Service that is not directly attributable to it by way of intent or gross negligence.
Solarshop is not liable for losses or damages resulting from non-compliance or defective compliance with the Service when this is not directly or indirectly attributable to it by way of intent or gross negligence, and is not liable in particular for (i) errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies relating to the information made available through the Service; (ii) damages caused by the fault of the Customer or third parties, including intellectual property violations, (iii) non-compliance or defective compliance resulting from compliance with judicial or administrative authority decisions, or (iv) non-compliance or defective compliance resulting from the occurrence of force majeure situations, i.e., situations of an extraordinary or unpredictable nature, outside Solarshop's control, such as fires, power outages, explosions, wars, riots, civil insurrections, government decisions, strikes, earthquakes, floods, or other natural disasters, or other situations beyond Solarshop's control that prevent or hinder the fulfillment of its obligations.

 

Solarshop does not guarantee that:

 

The user undertakes to:

1. Comply with and respect these Terms and Conditions;
2. Provide correct personal data and addresses;
3. Not use false identities;
4. Respect the order limits imposed.

If any of the data is incorrect or insufficient, and for this reason there is a delay or impossibility in processing the order, or possible non-delivery, the responsibility lies with the User, and Solarshop declines any responsibility.
If the consumer violates any of these obligations, Solarshop reserves the right to eliminate future purchases, block access to the store, cancel the provision of any other services made available simultaneously by Solarshop to the same User, and also not allow the User future access to any services made available by Solarshop.

 

Manufacturing defect
In the event of a “manufacturing defect,” i.e., when faults are detected in equipment that, in principle, do not fall within the scope of the respective warranty, the User must return the equipment, together with a copy of the invoice and the completed “Equipment Exchange/Return Request” form, within a maximum of 10 consecutive days from the invoice date, to the following address:

If the User chooses other forms of return, the respective shipping costs will be their responsibility.
In order for the product to be exchanged, you must ensure that the packaging is complete (box, instruction manual, warranty certificate, terminal, and accessories) containing all its components, in excellent condition.
If any of the above items are missing, or if any of the components are not in excellent condition, no exchange will be made and the product will be returned to the User.

 

 

Communications
Without prejudice to other forms of communication provided for in these Terms and Conditions, notifications made to the Customer relating to the Service, including any changes to these Terms and Conditions, may be made to the Customer's email address or telephone number.

The Customer agrees to receive any and all communications and/or notifications related to orders placed by them, by an employee associated with the account, or by their sales representative, in the Solarshop online store, to the email address, telephone number, or address indicated in the order process.At any time, you can request not to receive communications from the Solarshop newsletter through “Subscription Management” in your user profile. The same process applies if you wish to start receiving the Solarshop newsletter, which is an exclusive benefit for Solarshop Customers.

 

Applicable Law
The Agreement is governed by Portuguese law.
